In 2006 Plenitas, the leading and most relevant company in Medical Tourism in Argentina, decided to broaden its scope and create the GenderWays division for the exclusive care and specialization in transsexual surgery.
GenderWays has a highly trained staff at all management levels, from the assistants who deal with the first consultations to the surgeons that perform the operations. Those who wish to be part of the GenderWays staff not only have to be among the best in their specialty but also be able to undestand the motivations and needs of those who undergo a transsexual surgery.
